Hokkaido Sushi Restaurant

We went to Hokkaido Sushi restaurant earlier to make use of the deal voucher. Apparently they have it quite often, so do look out for them.

Hokkaido Signature Set (Original price $121):

• Century Egg with Homemade Tofu ($12)
• Sashimi 5 pcs ($20)
• Teppan Salmon ($18)
• Fukahire Chawanmushi (Steamed Custard Egg) ($25)
• Yakitori Don ($22)
• Miso Soup ($4)
• Fruits ($2)

Located in M hotel, the ambience was pretty high class, quiet and unobtrusive. Servers were quick, and efficient, but may I add a slightly hurried feel to it.



Sanshimi was pretty fresh and slices were really thick!


Century Egg with Homemade tofu looked especially nice under the lens =)



This was one of the best Yakitori I've ever tasted. Meat was juicy and succulent and well-marinated.



I really countn't walk after tt... it was so supa filling.
My only gripe is that the miso soup tasted like it was a 3 in one mixture of food court standard.

All in all a very good price paid $29.80 for such a scumptious spread. Would I pay $121 for it thou... no... hee... go grab a voucher now!
