Pizzeria Mozza

It's time for the theatres!

Attended a musical at Marina Bay Sands, and we ate at Pizzeria Mozza.

The complimentary appetizer

Service is quite smooth. Not all the staff serve with a pleasant disposition, especially the waiter who couldn't take the time to explain what was recommended. He brushed off the question by saying that everything is good in a care less manner. -_- The menu might confuse some, as it is mostly in Italian. So if you don't speak a single bit of Italian or have minimal understanding about Italian food (except for pasta), it would be good to check out their menu here http://www.pizzeriamozza.com/Singapore/dinner.cfm. This is especially necessary if you are going to impress your date =)

The food is excellently crafted with detailed tastes that appeals to the palate. The salad is a refreshing change with a sprinkle of cheese and feels very very healthy without the usual salad dressing. Found the pizza crust a bit tough to chomp down. Portions are quite huge and we had a very filling time trying to clear all the food between the two of us.

They have an open concept kitchen, so if you've the time, do sit by the counter. I would love to do so next time. Make a reservation if you're going to the theatre, otherwise the dinner crowd leaves you with no available seats.

What I like best about this restaurant is the location. Directly opposite the Marina Bay
Sands theatre, you can take a leisure stroll to the theatre and not fear that you'll be late for the show.
